Wallpaper*. Titles on products today are becoming more and more familiar because they were already names of everyday products, and this one is no exception. The difference is the content, and having boycotted magazines for almost a year (magazines were beginning to look similar everywhere) It took Wallpaper* to start getting me back into magazine shops again.
Of course, this is entirely interest-based.
If your interests are fashion, interior design, design layouts, architecture, then this is for you. But the scope isn't narrowed to those fields on interest only, there are smidgens of miscellaneous information such as technology, internet, the clubber's lifestyle, travel, and even a recipe bit etc. What's really eye-catching to me, is that its versatile, (no hot gossip on gweneth paltrow here) and it plays on artistic cultural information and the media. Still, its hard to define this magazine completely. Plus its not easy to find. I figure its either from the UK or the States, but don't trust me on that one. To find it, try scouting around big international book shops like Borders, or small individual ones. Even I have trouble trying to find it sometimes, so much that i can't even place a subscription. It should be priced around 3.60 in pounds and 6.95 in US dollars (do conversions for your own currency)
