honeybeesbuzz's Full Review: Woman's World Magazine
I will never purchase a Woman's World magazine again due to their lack of verification in the stories that they publish. A diet was promoted called Kimkins in their June 2007 issue. The founder of the diet claimed to have lost 198 pounds in 11 months and kept it off. Well this is not true and a fake picture was used for the owner, who is Heidi Diaz, but in the article a pen name is used calling her Kim Drake. You may ask why is this a problem? Well fraud was being committed by Kimkins and the owner Heidi Diaz. Then due to the cover issue of Woman's World Kimkins received a tremendous amount of advertising and this led to thousands of new members. Those members were taken in by a fraud who is selling a starvation diet that is harming the health of the members! Woman's World has been notified of this and has yet to this date responded neither by recanting the article nor by publishing and new one stating the truth! They never met the owner and they failed to do their job in investigating a story that leads many to believe the lies! SHAME ON YOU WOMAN'S WORLD!
