If you want a loud, angry, energetic album. Minor Threat it for you. The energy, the speed, and the lyrics pump your blood, and get you going. Minor Threat has got to have been 1 of Americas greatest punk bands of all time. The politics come out, the straight edge undertow comes out, the anger, rage frustration with society, everything they felt comes out. That's what hardcore punk is all about. Even though many of the songs sound the same, well in fact all the songs sound the same, I would recommend Minor Threat to any punk fan, because punk never really was dead, and it's guys like this who keep it living forever.
