You really dig deep into this maxi-single, spelling out what you'll find from track to track. It was originally supposed to be only three tracks long, but those fools at TVT records told Trent they wanted a longer single. So you get lots of half-hearted remixes with not much going on different between them. It takes an idea to its breaking point, and then it breaks.
And now we have another reason why Trent was p-i-s-s-e-d off enough to record Broken. For that, and for that reason only, I'm thankfully this single exists. But GOD is it awful.

I used to have this one until I loaned it to a friend...never saw the friend or CD again, darn it! LOL
Time to get myself a fresh copy....

Yay! Somebody else who likes NIN! I've loved them, or really, him, for only a year or two now (first album of his that I got was The Fragile); and I can't believe I never found him before then. Great review by the way. I think I might just have to get out and buy this thing darn quick. :-)
