Honestly-This One is Good
Written: May 19, 2000
Rated a Helpful Review by the Epinions community
Pros:Great sound,several good songs,rocks
Cons:The only con is the band don't make albums no more
I remember when these guys released their first album "The Yellow and Black Attack," and I was impressed. With their third installment they have matured musically and proven to be Soldiers Under Command.
This album shows two sides of Stryper. With songs like "To Hell With the Devil", "Rockin the World" and "More Than A Man", the band proves they can rock with the best of them. On the other side of the coin the band proved they can write great ballads; with "Honestly" and "Holding On."
Even though this album was released in 1986, it is still one of my favorites. Me and my wife used the song "Honestly" for our wedding in 1988 and it still means something today.
If your looking for music that is clean, spiritual and rocks, this album is for you.
