musta been something in the stars back in October 1966...
maybe it's something like that episode of Friends when Joey found his hand twin...
well, whatever it is -
here comes Cinema again...
you get behind that drum set
I'll take the guitar
it can happen to everyone eventually...

So hey - what is it with our musical tastes criss-crossing like this?!? First Prince and now Yes? I'm continually amazed.
And I'm also back in my hometown today. For now. *sigh*.
Much love, Kristina

This one's for Oleg... (Reply to this comment)

Okay. So I went back and forth on MH'ing this last night, and decided that I'd already, very recently in fact, MH'd a review of yours on a CD I myself had reviewed, and this would have made two.
But since Oleg can't give an MH, and he most certainly would have if he could, and because I have so much respect for Oleg's opinion, I changed my rate to MH.
But I did it for him, so don't go getting all, look at me, I'm perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!
He he he.

Tormato Watch... (Reply to this comment)

It really amazes me how parallel our two musical pasts are given how divergent our musical presents are. Like everything else on your list so far (except the Journey album), "90125" is landmark album for me as well, and for mostly the same reasons... and yes, "Cinema/Leave It" should absolutely start the CD off, (just as "Billie Jean" should start "Thriller" off) although I think my Inner Purist would have had a problem if Rhino had taken such liberties with the reissue.
(That won't stop me from burning a copy of the CD to try out that track order though - I've created my own "alternate" track lists for other albums, most recently George Michael's "Patience", and most successfully David Bowie's "Outside")
Must... stop... comment... out of... control!
