Opinion Summary
Celebrate your top ten in the charts of pain...

Pros: Pretty much everything, really.
Cons: Occasionally silly lyrics; "Liquid Diamonds" is slightly weaker than the rest.

Me and a Gun is definitely very, very sad. I dunno, Playboy Mommy still takes first place for "saddest Tori song" for me, though.

And so the cycle continues.

Toriphiles leave (shadesofblue... but who really knows) and new ones take their place. And by the way, there is a song even more sad than Playboy mommy, it's Me and a Gun from Earthquakes. That has to be right on top when it comes to Tori sadness.

Admittedly, I had written a couple of reviews for a smaller site before joining here, so I've had a bit of practice...hehe.

shadesofblue: may I ask why you've deleted all your reviews? They were amongst the best I've read.

Thank you everyone for your nice comments! I've been lurking here and reading reviews for a while, and I've noticed the fairly large Toriphile community. That makes me quite happy, and I certainly will be sticking around.

Arazim - I read your review of Little Earthquakes, and I think you captured Tori's spirit very well!

is one of the best first reviews I have read. I only have one Tori album (Scarlet's Walk) cause I'm pretty new to her. I heard "Spark" and "Raspberry Swirl" and I love them both. Anyway, excellent review.:)

What an excellent review of a most worthy album! Your writing is very evocative... can't wait to see what you come up with for an encore.

Tried my hand at reviewing Tori once long ago, but I didn't capture her spirit anywhere near as true as you have. This is truly impressive.

That was an AWESOME first review! Stick around and review some more, you hear? :)

I LOVE Tori (there's a lot of Toriphiles around Epinions so you'll fit right in) and this is my favorite album by her by far.

Great job!
