macdaddyred's Full Review: Shimmer [Single] by Fuel
I was first introduced to Fuel by a friend about 1 week ago. I wasn't too excited about it at first, but after listening to Shimmer and Bitter sweet a few times, I changed my mind. Shimmer has a combination of all sorts of different music all combined into one song. Slow at first, speeds up, slows down again...just a great song. The lyrics have a lot of meaning behind them and the vocal tone goes wonderfully with the music tone. I'm convinced that Fuel could go a long way if they keep writing and performing songs as well as this one. I catch myself always wanting to listen to this song, and if I'm not listening to it, I'm singing it. It is just an addictive song, and if you don't watch it, you can get hooked like I did...not that it is a bad thing. If you haven't already bought the CD or downloaded the MP3 of Shimmer, I recommend you do so. Thank you, that is all.
