Suede’s latest album Head Music was a general disappointment for me. I have been very impressed with everything that they have released in the past but this album just does not make the cut. In a way it seems as
thought they are mocking themselves and when I listened to Head Music for the first time it made me laugh. Their first single "electricity" was O.K. but it seems to go on and on forever. I will say that my favorite songs were "everything will flow" and "she’s in fashion" but there definitely not worth buying the CD. I forced myself to listen to it a couple times hoping that I had not made too harsh of a judgment too soon. I can get though the first six songs O.K. but after that it just gets old and noisy. If you are looking for Suede at their best try Sci- Fi Lullabies or Coming Up. I am a huge fan of both Brett Anderson and Suede but this CD is just a waste of time and money.
