This album in my opinion is the best one I own. I'd tell anyone and everyone to buy it right now! It has the perfect mix of songs, appealing to almost anyone. I couldn't fault it at all.
Here's a short review of each of the songs on the album.

Affirmation is the best song on the album (according to me). It's amazing and meaningful lyrics are inspiring, and the melody will send chills down you're spine. It's fairly up-tempo and Darren's amazing voice make this one of the best songs in existence. The lyrics are along the lines of "I believe the grass is no more greener on the other side, I believe you don't know what you've got until you say goodbye."

Hold Me This fairly slow song is meaningful and beautiful, it's about a relationship where two people are always arguing but they really just want to forget it and be held. It's a touching song.

I knew I loved you This song was the most successful off the album and is a love song ballad type thing. It's got nice lyrics about dreaming of someone before you meet them.

The Best Thing is another brilliant song. I think it's about when you are so crazy about you're partner they become the best thing about you. It's a nice song, fairly up-tempo.

Crash and Burn - this song was almost like a friend to me when I felt down. It's a beautiful song, and it's lyrics are so amazing I carry them around with me. It's also the source of my favourite quote of all time, "There has always been heartache and pain, but when it's over you'll breathe again." The song truly did change my life.

Stepping away from that now with the song Chained To You It's a funky up-tempo fun kind of song. About meeting someone in a bar and being so obssessed by them you wish you could be chained to them. It's a great song, one of the best on the album.

The Animal Song is a really cool song. The drum beat on it is amazing and I believe it was the sound track to a movie. A fairly up-tempo song about what it would be like if you could get away from it all by becoming an animal.

Lover After Me - the title pretty much explains it all. It's a fairly slow kind of song. Definately worth a listen but nothing to write home about.

Two Beds and A Coffee Machine is a beautifully sad song about a lady who is beaten by her husband, it tells the story of her leaving to go to a hotel with her kids but knowing sooner or later she'll have to go back. It's a moving song, if you are an emotional person you could well find yourself in tears.

You Can Be Still Be Free - Darren's voice really is pretty amazing on this song. I think it's about feeling lost and trying to break free from that. It's an amazing song.

Gunning Down Romance is a pretty cool song. It's about someone who's just sick of love and romance because it hasn't worked out for them in the past, or something along those lines. Near the end Darren sings with such emotion in it it really sounds amazing. It's almost sadness and anger in a song.

I Don't Know You Anymore is a moving ballad, and the title pretty much explains it all. The piano really brings the song together with Darren's voice.

This album is totally amazing. In my opinion the best album I've ever heard. I'd recommend it to everyone, I actually tried that one day while out shopping. It's definately worth every penny. If you haven't already got it Buy it now!!
