Rodney Crowell gets better with age, like a fine wine. I thought his last CD, "The Houston Kid" was great but this new CD, "Fate's Right Hand" is even better.
As a songwriter who penned many hits over the years, Rodney Crowell has taken a back seat with his own career. But this new CD should really bring him to the top and give him more commercial attention than he's had in years.
The songs are all well produced and the songwriting is even better. There will be at least one song found on this CD that everyone can relate to, in one way or another.
"Fate's Right Hand" will not change your life, nor will it make you a better person. But it will brighten your day when you listen to it.
