One of my favorites of last year, for pretty much the same reasons you've cited. Glad that you lent your ear to this one and liked what you heard.

Great review and all, I just think it should be pointed out that you seem to have Britain mixed up with England, Britain is Scotland,England,N.Ireland and Wales, so "Britain and Scotland" is a bit of an odd statement.
As I say, the review is great, as always, and for some reason I've yet to pick this up, despite quite liking all of the singles.

You know, i enjoy reading your reviews, and i suppose i've literally read, what, at least 200 of them by now? Yet i don't think, until now, that i've read along to a full set of your opinions on an album and _agreed with every last one of them_. It's kind of disconcerting. But nice!

Jeesh. Yeah. Probably at least 200 of them--I think I'm up to around 600 music reviews. Some people might accuse me of being slightly OCD about such matters...
