That movie can be a lot of fun to watch. I love that simple but stunning visual style. Have you seen the Chili Peppers video that rips off Caligari? Can't remember which song, but it's a new one.
You have yet another great review on your hands...keep going (I have no doubt that you will).

This movie is a mere 52 minutes long. I sat down and watched it in my university library, so I'm not aware of whether or not it's kept at blockbuster. Apparently it's now out on DVD, so I assume it's easy enough to order in VHS format as well. I suggest look for it in the online catalogues of your local public and university libraries.
