Re: About Truffault (Reply to this comment)

"The 400 Blows" is currently in the imdb.com all-time top 250. It also has received the most votes, and the highest votes, of any Truffault-directed film. I have yet to see the film, however. Hopefully, the Independent Film Channel or Turner Classic Movies will play it soon. I look forward to seeing "Jules and Jim" as well.

About Truffault (Reply to this comment)

I enjoyed your review, but I think Truffault's best-known work is "Jules And Jim." I hear about this film more often than
any other Truffault movie. I, too, would like
to see a subtitled version of "Day For Night." After all, Truffault did just one film in English - "Fahrenheit 451," in 1966.
