this is my favorite in the Star Wars saga too. I was about 12 when it came out and I will never, ever forget the kid at my busstop who actually gave away the whole Luke/Vader connection before I had a chance to see the movie. (Kid at busstop: "No, really, Darth Vader's his Dad!" Disbelieving me: "No, he's not! He can't be!")
Nice review. Fun to re-watch the originals, yes? So much better than the prequels!

This is my favorite as well. IMO it started going downhill for the "Star Wars" franchise after this one, my interest ending with The Phantom Menace.
