This is a black and white classic.There is no
doubt about it.And it is certainly up there on
the level with another great science fiction
movie, The Day The Earth Stood Still.

Kevin McCarthy plays a doctor that returns from
a trip to find the people in his town acting
very strange indeed.They are without emotion or
feeling period.

Soon, he and his girlfriend played by Dana
Wynter discover the awful truth.Strange seed
pods have fallen from the skys near the town,
and are taking on the human like forms of
anyone who is sleeping near them.An alien
invasion?Yes, and it spreads over the entire
town as people are turned into zombies.

Only the doctor and his girlfriend stand against
these alien invaders, and must flee for their
lives.

This is a movie full of chills and thrills.
Killer plants, and townspeople turned into
zombies.

The entire cast does a great job, and the script
is excellent.

I love this movie because I love a good science
fiction movie, so check it out, and enjoy.
