Bow drills and fire beds don't show up in movies very often, so when they do, ya best pay attention.... This isn't a "western" -- it's a "mountain man" movie. No cowboys pushin' dogies across the flatlands, but plenty o' true grit, humor, adventure -- and even a touchin' moment or two. If yer a city slicker like me, this is a movie you'll need to rent every once in a while to help ya cope. It's a kinda medication, is what it is.
