Plot Details: This opinion reveals no details about the movie's plot.

Massacre at Fort Holman aka A Reason to Live, A Reason to Die in its Wild East Productions DVD version is a serviceable, if undistinguished, spaghetti western starring James Coburn, Telly Savalas, and Bud Spencer. Takes place during the Civil War and concerns a small group of criminals, led by Coburn, who attempt to infiltrate and seize control of a fort controlled by Savalas and company.

Unlike cut-rate versions of the film on DVD, the Wild East Productions version looks fantastic and restores some lost footage. The main problem, and it's a big one, is that the voice of Coburn (easily one of the the most unique and easily recognizable in the film world) has been DUBBED by another actor. For me, this destroys the experience of the film -- what a shame.
