I didn't think so. Somehow, Jimmy Stewart and Grace Kelly seem to have wonderful screen chemistry to me. I think Stewart shows what an actor he was by not being into Grace Kelly. :-)

There's nothing wrong with a December-May couple to me, so long as there is screen chemistry there. For example, Pierce Brosnan and Denise Richards in The World is Not Enough had bad screen chemistry together. But then again, I liked Catharine Zeta-Jones and Sean Connery in Entrapment, so maybe I'm the sicko.

As for Raymond Burr, was it bad casting on Hitch's part or did Burr just get typecast later on? I think a good actor can have a wide range (Such as Max von Sydow having played Jesus and the devil).
