Even mediocre Hitchcock is better than most (Reply to this comment)

The film is a bit difficult to believe at times, but overall it is a good movie, and the traveling circus scenes are pretty funny.
The jongoism and patriotism were pretty much standard for films made during this period. I liked your review. 		May 18 '00
