Well now,... On to the third of the infamous Hellraiser series. I found Hell On Earth to be a nice try in bringing back the series. Making it a trilogy was a great idea, and I must admit I loved it all, apart from the simple fact that they did not bring back any of the living characters. Fine, so they showed clips of Kirsty on video tape for like a minute, at most, two. Not that I don't like the two new characters. Paula Marshall made a beautiful new maiden in distress, and Terry Farrel was a great heroin.
Paula's character, Terri will bring the movie right to your heart, or should I say, soul. Her outstanding performance, and sheepish, yet somehow hyperactive, beauty will completely take you over.
As for the rest of the film? Yup, there is more blood, and gore and guts, but for the most part, it is cleaner than the first two of the series. The much loved Cenobite known as "Pinhead" makes his appearance known early on in the film, and this time has no Apparent inhibitions. The angry Cenobite raises hell as usual in this film, and, well, just brings back all those fond memories,... "Sniff I loved this movie for many reasons, including the building in the end of it, although, I won't talk about that one. My favorite part is still Paula Marshall, but if this is not the first Epinion you have read of mine, you should already know that. Hehehe. Anyway, please see this film, wether you buy it, or rent it. It makes no difference since you will eventually buy it anyway. Have fun, and keep the night light on! We have such sights to show you!
