I love this anime because it is a great way to use up a good 45 minutes. This movie is nowhere near the best, but it is very appreciable because, well, just look at my title. Anyway, I do love this. It was simple, but at the same time, very complex. There were many characters (that's a good thing), and many action scenes.

Machines called the M-66s are after their creator's daughter, and the only one who has figured this out a dangerous, out of the line reporter who will do anything and go anywhere for a good story. The police can barely stop them, including many casualties. Will the reporter save her, or let her die and get a huge scoop on a story?
