This is a movie which casted the main character to Luke Perry while he was still a HUGE hit with 90210. It is good to see movies taking a chance on a person who seems to be connected to a specific character. The protrail through the years showed how a person goes through many up's and down's in life. Like everyone else.
The movie was not showing just the accomplishments of his career - it also showed the hardships and bad choices he made. Seeing the actual real photo's and interviews of the movie brought a tear to my eye. Even if you are not a country movie fan - which I am not. This movie is great to enjoy for all.
My friend loved the movie and forced me to watch it - I am glad she did. I was mildly interested because i love true stories - this is a true story which seemed original.
