This is an incredibly sad true story about one of rodeo's greats. Lane Frost, i remember watching him win the world championship bull riding competition and as a high school rodeo member had my heart set on meeting him one day. And of course that dream was broken by the tragic accident portrayed in this film. If this movie doesnt make you cry then you are indeed hard-hearted. Not saying that as a bad thing. I enjoyed watching this movie, even knowing as i did how it would end. Its kind of the same as watching the Titanic. you know when you go see it the boat is gonna sink. Luke Perry did a wonderful job as did Stephen Baldwin as Tuff. Its nice to be able to sit back and watch how a star was made and lost and to learn a little about his life and family. I cry every time, but usually not during the movie, i make it through that part, i cry at the end when the show all the real pictures of Lane Frost and his tragic life. I of course dont recommend this movie to everyone, i know alot of people have no interest in cowboys and rodeos, but for those of us that do, if you havent already seen this, make sure to check it out.
