What the plot is about:

A meteor hit Earth. A huge meteor! The year is 2033, and the world has not been the same since the gigantic meteor hit Earth. The only water and power there is is controlled by an evil villian named Kessler. He has two enemies that are trying to get the world, power, and water back! The two arch enemies are Tank Girl and the rippers. The rippers are ½ men and ½ kangaroo beings! What mutants they are! The plot of this movie is just about tank girl and the rippers taking over and fighting with Kessler, but the story is hilarious and fast moving. It is well worth watching.
