The Bottom Line: I would reccommend this tape to those wanting to firm up their legs and glutes. It is a good solid workout and easily modifyable to all levels.

Can you make it through this tape the first time. Maybe, but you'll be panting and ready to drop! It may be called standing legs- but by the end you'll be BARELY standing
This is a great tape for those looking to improve their legs and glutes. It is a 40 minute total leg and Glute fest. It is TOUGH, TOUGH, TOUGH! Did I mention it was tough?? Your will work those legs from every angle. It has squats, lunges, leg press, the list goes on and on. If you are looken to tighten up your legs and reduce cellulite- including this tape in your rotation is sure to do the trick. It is also *somewhat* aerobic- your heartrate should stay elevated through the whole tape.
Now for the cons. This tape requires quite a bit of equiptment (as do all of the firm tapes). You need: dumbells of various size (3,5, and 8 pounds are recommended for beginners), ankle weights, a "short step" (4 to 8 inches), and a "tall step" (12 to 14 inches). You CAN make do without the weights if you are a true beginner and only a short box, but as you progress with the tape you will need to invest in the rest. Also the tape is a little dates (80's leotards, etc...) and can get boring after awhile. Also if you have a "bubble booty" you SHOULD NOT do "leg press" work (which this tape has a lot of) more than 2x a week. It can make your butt bigger.
That said- it is a GREAT tape. If you can get past the dated"ness" and the use of a LOT of equiptment, you are sure to see quick results from this tape.
