I didn't know anything about this movie. I thought Dahmer was pretty cheesy - you make this one sound like grade school kids could've made a better movie.
I think I'll be skipping this one :)

Tony ..... weird isn't it how life and/or death works out for those that deserve it?
Hey, I'm with you. If they ain't gonna fry these lowlife scumbags immediately, then they should put them all on some friggin island somewhere together and let them survive off the land. No beds, no food, no television, no privledges - just Dahmer and Manson and all the other sick twists sitting in a tree [dare I finish it with the old childhood rhyme?] trying to figure out how to make it til the next day.
Eventually the food chain would work itself out and they'd kill each other off. Crap on putting these asswipes in prison for the rest of their lives - benefit who? rehabilitate for what reason? aw geez Tony, ya got my soapbox fired up .... lol ....
Thanks

Never saw this, but you know what was really interesting? Not that this guy died in prison, but how he died. This scum was killed by another scumbag that beat him to death with a mop handle after he was "accidentally" let out of his cell.
Now that would have been a great movie.
I might have the details wrong, but that's how I remember it. They should have saved the tax payers millions by just killing him on the spot, why bother with a trial? You find God only knows how many bodies and body parts in his house, it's kind of a no-brainer.

I'm with you gael, probably the worst movie I've seen lately with the exception of White Oleander.
Thanks

and your review was so completely accurate. I didn't even finish watching it, couldn't, it was so sick and weird and the acting so bad. What a complete loser he was. Well done!

yea, most young photos are blonde haired-blue eyed innocence. someone you would certainly expect to be friends with, but as we know, looks can be deceiving. I think it was his young conquests and not getting trouble that led him to believe he was invincible.
That and the fact his family mentors all but ignored anything he did, no matter how vile.
I noticed his repeated interest in men of color, seldom being able to 'score' with the young 'white' men he encountered. Damn, wish Doc had been able to get that interview now, would have been quite the inside story.
Thanks for the comment, want a chocolate Santa?

I forgot to mention that I liked the review. My comment was a gut reaction to trying to picture him as cute when all I knew was depraved. I've never seen the pictures of his youth. I love the information on the "chocolate" . . . and most of his victims were, except for an Asian munchie or two.

.... ummm .... Ed, I was refering more to his younger days, he appeared very 'boy next door', as most sick twists do.
I can't believe he didn't give off bad vibes, the odor alone in his apartment would have had to seep into his clothing, etc., you know from past experience how alcohol and cigs can stink up a garment in a minute. Other than that, his very manner would have to appear almost like a predator.
Of course, most of the boys he consumed were weak themselves, easily taken in by even his slight attention.
BTW, at the factory he was making, of all things - chocolate men. Go Figure!
Still, he managed, somehow to hoodwink the many officials he crossed paths with - had to be something there.
Thanks for the comment, sorry I caused a barf

hell Doc, if ya want a twisted mind, interview me .... lol .... or yourself
Really, that would have made a great interview but I doubt you would have crawled into that one's head, I don't think he was even in there.
Did you every read the Jeffrey Moss book?
Thanks

From what I hear he went to the worst of the worst hustler bars and no one liked him. He sent off very bad vibes, except to the few young men he killed and ate.
Jeffery Dahmer was a nightmare Milwaukee would as soon forget. When you say his innocent golden boy looks and manner I almost barfed. He was seedy and grungy. Even if he did work in the Ambrosia Chocolate Factory (as what I don't know), I'm sure he wasn't cooking up any chocolate.

I was on the waiting list to interview him in prison when he got killed. I was soooo ticked off! I really wanted to get inside that sick fuck's head.
Thankfully, I passed on the movie. I figured all of them would warp facts and I needed to keep them straight (was planning to do a dissertation on them, but that never panned out..damn it).
Great review.
