This movie is a wonderful reenactment of a disastrous event. The special effects in this movie were superb and it kept you on the edge of your seat anticipating what would happen next. The beginning starts out kind of slow, and there is a good 20 minutes of unneeded film, but once you get past that part the rest is great. The characters were perfectly cast, and worked very well together. I couldn't imagine anyone else playing the parts the way that Kate Winslet and Leonardo Di Caprio did, they were great! I have seen this movie well over 15 times and I find something new every time I watch it.
The movie was a little long, but a truly well written film deserves the extra time, don't you think?
