When we rented Saving Private Ryan, We were glued to the television. I couldn't believe what an excellent and descriptive movie it was. Speilberg did an incredible job showing what the war was about. We focus on the Vietnam war being so gorey that we forget what our dedicated soldiers went through in WW1 and WW2. When we watched this movie, I was totally into it. Tom Hanks, being the incredible actor he is, did an excellent job, as well as all of the other actors. I could watch this movie about ten more times and never be bored. It really showed alot of what they went through, especially when they landed on the shore, it was like going into a wide open state of being targets to the enemy. I applaud this movie and I applaud the men who served.
