I recently rented this movie with a friend. I heard reviews about it all the time. I think this movie is the best movie ever made! The movie is about d-day and the invasion of Normandy. The movie was violent, but extremely interesting. I would definetly recomend buying it. I think the movie showed what the war was like in a very realistic way. The movie shows things that could of been going on during the war. The story is about a soldier who's brothers died in the war. A group of other soldiers has to go on a mission to notify private Ryan that he can go home to his mother. When they finally find private Ryan, he is busy with an important mission to guard a bridge from passing enemies. The two groups team up to gaurd the bride. They use about all the techniques they can think of to attack to enemies when they come. This movie has action,drama, comedy and is also educational. I would recomend it, but only if you dont mind the violence.
