The Story of Our Times
Debbie Does Dallas: The Next Generation is a modernization of the classic and best-selling Debbie Does Dallas (1979) film starring Bambi Woods. In an age when most pornographic videos focus exclusively on sex and nudity, Debbie Does Dallas: TNG offers a surprisingly complex plot. Don't be too upset because the intricacy of the plot does not interfere with the plethora of steamy sex. Debbie is a stripper who is discontent with her life and her mother has big plans for her, plans to become a cheerleader for a Texas squad. While Debbie is uncertain about her future, Debbie's mom will stop at nothing to make her the top cheerleader in the country. After several of the squad's top cheerleaders fall victim to terrible accidents, Debbie's spot on the squad is all but assured.
Debbie falls in love with Dallas, the star basketball player, like any naive young girl would. She tries deftly to woo him, only to have him fall for her mother. While the ending is the porno equivalent of "Happily Ever After," the film vividly portrays the struggle between an uncertain young woman and an overbearing mother. The drive for a mother to seek success on behalf of her daughter is a troubling contemporary issue that has reared its ugly head many times in the not so distant past. In fact, Debbie Does Dallas: TNG is almost too reminiscent of the 1991 case of a Channelview, TX mother conspiring to kill her daughter's competition on a cheerleading squad. I guess art really does imitate life, or at least pornography imitates life.
Cast and Acting?
Lexus stars as the beautiful young Debbie and she is perfect for the part. Lexus (formerly Lexus Locklear) is a favorite among favorites for me. She is a tall, gorgeous blonde with the perfect face of innocence and a body that could launch a thousand ships. It is her naive look that makes her a great match for the part.
Sharon Mitchell plays the part of Debbie's mom and she does it quite well. She certainly doesn't look old enough to be her mom, but this is a forgivable flaw. This is porn after all. She accurately portrays an insatiable woman who is both immature and selfish. If Adult Video was a category at the Oscars, Sharon Mitchell would surely be nominated.
Jon Dough co-stars as the studly Dallas. If I didn't know better, I would swear that he was actually in college or perhaps even high school. I guess he just has a knack for portraying immaturity. Overall, he plays quite nicely with Debbie and her mom. He is not as hot as Vince Voyeur or Toni Tedeschi, but he was the best selection for the part.

The Sex That Keeps You Cumming Back
I doubt very much that you have any interest in hearing more about the story or the timeliness of such a film, so I will now move onto the SEX. Debbie Does Dallas: TNG contains some of the hottest sex action out there. The video features your standard assortment of oral and vaginal sex, all shot in a tasteful manner.
The Strip Tease: (8/10) Lexus and Stephanie Swift perform a rather erotic striptease together for the opening scene. The image of Lexus in that tight little silver outfit will forever be emblazoned on my brain. This scene does not feature any penetration or lesbian sexual contact, but it is enjoyable all the same.
Lexus Solo: (9/10) Lexus treats her viewers to an arousing masturbation scene where she demonstrates the use of a silver vibrator attached to a cutesy pom-pom. Typically I don't care much for the classic masturbation scene, but Lexus does it quite well. Unfortunately, this is probably the shortest scene in the film and the only one where Lexus actually appears to be enjoying herself.
Requisite Lesbian Scene: (7/10) Stephanie Swift and the lovely young Shane bring us the first hardcore sex scene. I'm not a huge Stephanie Swift fan, but Shane I like -- especially in the tiny top she wears. The two engage in some rather ferocious love-making, including the use of a strap-on. In all honestly, the most arousing feature of this scene is the fact that it occurs in the locker room.
Hot Trio #1: (8/10) Reyna, Billy Glide and Mickey Lynn provide the first group sex scene for the film. Mickey Lynn is aroused after catching Billy and Reyna in the act and a rather passionate scene ensues. The sex is a little rough, but hot all the same.
Hot Trio #2: (6/10) Lexus, Toni James and Vince Voyeur enact the film's second threeway scene. The three play well together, but Lexus seems rather apprehensive about the whole thing. Considering the encounter is entirely her idea, I find this to be problematic in terms of the story. I hate to give any scene with Lexus in it a 6/10 rating, but she really fails to step up to the plate here.
Debbie Does Dallas: (10/10) Debbie (Lexus) finally gets her chance to do Dallas (Jon Dough) in an amazing display of animal lust. She hunts him down in the shower and coaxes him out to the washing machine. I will never view doing laundry in the same way again. This is the best scene of the entire film and makes the whole thing worth seeing. The two really possess a strong chemistry.
The Older Woman: (5/10) Tony Tedeschi and Sharon Mitchell conjure up a little mature loving that just doesn't satisfy. The two don't work together particularly well, although their relative sex appeals boost the scene to an average rating. Definitely not the best way to finish off.
Final Comments
I've never reviewed an adult video before and Epinions is in need of some porn reviews, so I'm submitting this one as part of my civic duty to Epinions. (If you bought that, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.) I chose Debbie Does Dallas: The Next Generation as my first adult review for a reason. It retains watchability over time and it is one of the few that will remain in my permanent collection. It will go down as my favorite porno of all time, alongside its cousin Debbie Does Dallas 99. The price has gone down substantially since I purchased my copy, so now is the time to buy. The cast, both men and women, are extremely hot and they work well together to produce a fine product that guarantees to give you the big "O." It offers the best of both worlds, a decent plot and hot sex. I expect nothing less from Vivid Video, a company that prides itself on the best quality in adult entertainment. If you're into the cheerleader fetish, I strongly recommend checking this one out. Even if you're not, this one is still a safe bet. This would make a great gift for any connoisseur of fine porn.
IMPORTANT: I strongly recommend purchasing the XXX version over the non-explicit version.
