When my husband and I got married I became a homemaker. Not that I don't enjoy my husband and my home being my number 1 job, but, my body was starting to go downhill. My activity level slowed down tremendiously and I knew something had to be done about it! And fast!
I purchased the Denise Austin Kickboxing video after doing a little research about it here on epinions. Everyone seemed to recommend it, so I thought I would give it a try.
What it Envolves
This tape includes two 20 minute workouts to tone muscles, and give you a good aerobic workout. The first work out, called Skills, is a slower paced beginners workout. This session gets you in shape while teaching you the basics of kickboxing.
The second workout, called Drills, is a faster paced more advanced workout. Once the first workout gets to easy for you, I recommend moving on to this faster paced workout.
It really works!!!
I was skeptical at first that an excercise video wouldn't really get me in shape, and tone my muscles. Was I ever wrong, after just my first session, I felt it in my muscles for days. And after a few weeks, I even started to notice results. My stamina has increased, I have gotten stronger, and noticed muscle definition in places I thought were a lost cause!
Two thumbs up to Denise Austin! Now I can wear a swimsuit without embarassment!
