Let me start this review by saying that "The Talented Mr. Ripley" is one of the worst pieces of so-called cinematography that I have ever seen. It is also the only movie that I've ever felt like walking out of. The only really good part of this movie was the end. Oh, and the scene where whats-his-face gets hit in the head with the oar.
The only reason that I went to see this piece of cow dung in the first place was because my friends dragged me to it. They said "It'll be good!". But, of course, it wasn't. I know that most people say that this movie is good but this just shows how screwed up our society really is.
I would really only recommend this movie to spoiled, silver-spooned, homo-repressed mama's boys. Everyone else, STAY AWAY!
