Scream 3 is the third installment in the Scream Trilogy. It marks the end of this series of movies and the first great horror trilogy. I went to see this movie because I am an avid Scream fan, and I've been awaiting the release of this movie since filming started on July 7, 1999. The plot of this movie was just a little bit unbelievable. It is definently a better sequel than Scream 2. It goes back to the very beginning and explains a lot of things that were confusing in the first two films. The twist at the end of this movie is very surprising and interesting. The characters in this movie were sometimes so shallow and stupid that I was hoping that they would be killed. I think this movie would have been a lot better if Kevin Williamson has gotten off his lazy butt and written the script. Although Erhen Kruger did a good job on the script, the movie lacked the "Kevin Williamson Feel" that the other two had. Overall, this is a good movie, and I reccommend it to any fan of the genre.
