I think that's a bold step for a filmmaker to take...to dispense with characterization and standard linear narrative and simply display the hyperreal imagery of nude calisthenics. It brings to mind a kind of frisson where the objectification of women in modern society (ie: "Totally Nude Girls!" in flashing neon) clashes with the importance of physical strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness.
Aw, heck...what am I saying? Were they hot?
But seriously, I could see this DVD being useful to err...well, artists and animators...I mean, how often do you see a naked human body stretching, bending and jumping? Okay, aside from on Market Street in San Francisco...?

They are in the mid 20's, no 18 year olds. Definately not the average, but no implants. They would have looked better without the trashy make-up.

I should think that nude aerobics would be kind of uncomfortable! ARe they all comely young things, or are they "real women"?

If watching this video would make me laugh or cry. Your review brought a smile to my face, though.
