Actually after viewing this movie I find myself at a complete lack of words. On one hand in a sick child like way the movie provided to be absolutely hilarious. Yet on the other hand the plot had a been there done that already feel and the execution of it was even worse. Although I did enjoy this movie it was only because of the sick humor provided within. There was nothing else about the movie that make it worthy of much praise , however everything does deserve a little credit where deserved and this one deserves it in the comedic area.

The Movie starts off with Tom Green showing a group of would be college students and there parents around the Ithaca state university located in New York. Tom as always has no idea what he is talking about and is called on his statements more than once by the would be group following him around campus. Eventually he gets to a point where he is losing the crowd and he rattles off into this extravagant story that becomes "Road Trip". Tom tells the story and supporting parts from a third person perspective for a good portion of the movie, which is good because it helps the movie by limiting how much of Tom is actually seen.

The basics go like a little like this , Josh played by Brecken Meyer Is a fresh man at Ithaca and his girlfriend (Tiffany, played by, Rachel Blanchard) is in Austin Texas. Both went away to school and pledged to be faithful to each other and carry on that long distance relationship thing. Is any of this sounding familiar yet? (Overnight Delivery). In any case Josh continuously trying to get ahold of Tiffany starts to think something is going on and he has no way of knowing. Tiffany is not returning calls and he has not spoken with her in what seems like forever. Here is where his friends start to come in to play. His friends manage to convince Josh that Tiffany is probably cheating on him and thus he should do the same.

Well as expected , Josh eventually falls to the pressure and bids on "BETH" played by Amy Smart at an auction during a party. Josh eventually ends up back in his room with her and things get a little interesting here folks. Basically they have a little adventure and Beth decides she want to tape it because she sees a camcorder that Josh makes videos and send to Tiffany laying around. As you may have expected the video of Josh and Beth is misplaced and basically ends up being accidentally sent to Tiffany in place of the video that was supposed to go. Josh then finds out that Tiffany was not cheating on him and the only reason he hadn't heard form her in so long was because she had a death in the family. Now Josh is In a race against the clock to get to Austin before the tape does and the "Road Trip" is born.

The movie has many twists and turns that cause it to be a likable movie regardless of the already done plot and poor execution. I found myself to be laughing more often than not. Some of the scenes were either so stupid you couldn't help yourself or so bizarre that you couldn't do anything else but laugh. This movie is however not intended by any means for the easily offended or the younger viewers. These people should steer clear of it , or be directed as far away as possible. The movie contains many questionable scenes and depiction's that most people will find offensive , thus making the movie not viewable for all. Other than this the movie is a typical college coming of age comedy that will cause almost all people to enjoy the time spent watching it.
