This movie is highly predictable. As you're sitting in the dark movie theater sipping a coke and you think you've already seen this movie because you know everything that is about to happen next, you're not crazy.
Even if you hadn't seen the first movie this was a predictable plot. There were very few surprises packed in. If you like gadgets this movie is for you. Every time Tom Cruise pulls out a new invention you wonder how in the world they come up with all of these things. He's equipped with anything you could think of. This is more of a thinking movie.
It makes you put together all the puzzle pieces to whom the bad guys really are. In a way it doesn't really make sense the way it ends. You wonder why anyone would sabotage themselves. It also doesn't make sense that there are all these underground pipes and such.
You don't need to hide work you're doing. All that would do would make you look more suspicious. I enjoyed the fact that the felon was a girl because it makes the ending just a tad bit more surprising. This movie is more for the thinkers, and not the action seekers.
