Pros: All the episodes of my very favorite X-Files season -- all in one set!
Cons: There are some great extras, but I still want more!

I was a casual watcher of the X-Files and always wondered why Scully seemed to have put on a few pounds in the second season...

Very thorough review! I enjoyed it.

Thanks! I'm so glad you liked the review (it certainly took a while to write -- whew!). I'm all for converting people into X-Files fans -- please watch a few episodes and see if it doesn't start to grow on you.

Thanks again!

Your review is thorough and very complete, with a great mix of factual information and your own impressions.

Believe it or not, I have never seen an episode of this program (hanging head!), but your review was still very easy for me to follow and even made me think that I might want to check this out. In addition, my brother's a big fan of the X-Files, so this is a potential gift idea.

Thanks, as always, for all the details!
