Wonderful Review. (Reply to this comment)

Very detailed, honest, sincere about your preferences as a fan, while still including what worked and what didn't work regardless of one's fan status. This review added to my experience of the movie.

Peace,

Yep. Then he gained blue hair with the fleshy pudgy body. And then the blue hair kind of took over his body.

There's probably a lesson to be learned there about not experimenting on yourself.

Nice review! Hey, do you remember the Beast? And I don't mean the Blue colored Beast--I'm talking about way back when he was that fleshy pudgy incarnation!

Your right, Ray Park did add a whole lot of life into a dull charactor. Easily one of my favorites in this movie. Great review!

I kind of wish I hadn't read your review before I see the movie, but it's my own fault for ruining any surprises.

Anyway, I'm sure I will feel almost exactly the way you did. Great review. I think Epinions needs more sections devoted to comics. I've got reviews of several TPBs in the works.

Also, thanks for checking out my review of Bitchy, but I thought I'd also like to let you know that I plan to delete it, and repost, due to the screwy way that epinions adds new titles. But thanks for catching it this time around anyway:)

Peace,
Philip

read the comics, and have only seen the t.v cartoons, the movie sticks to the plot. They hid wolverines age well, saying that due to his healing powers, he is much older then he probably looks.

All the characters seemed a little young to me. But hey, maybe they did it on purpose?

What a great review, but I have to disagree with your suggestion to see it if “your first choice is sold out.” This movie is definitely worth seeing for anyone who enjoys hero based comic books.

It is by far the best movie adaptation of a comic book ever made. Even though I do agree with your comments about age discrepancies and missing characters. But when the sequels are made more characters will be introduced and more relationships will be clarified.

I think X-Men is the one movie that I heard so much about during a short period of time. I was thinking of watching it this weekend, and probably still will. I appreciate your review.
