Let me get this out first: Urban Legends: Final Cut is a very, very, very bad movie. It wasn't scary at all and most of the movie had no plot. There wasn't even a background story present for most of the film. I went in expecting a lot and I got nothing. About 15 minutes into the movie I was about to walk out. It's definately not worth $9.
Urban Legends II is a typical bad teen slasher flick. All of the sudden people start dying and there's no motive for it. The cop for the previous film was in this one, and she was the only good part of the movie. Don't get me wrong, the acting was excellent, the script was just horrible.
There was one very disgusting part where a victim gets grabbed in a wound and her head cut off, very graphic. And there were a few sex scenes. This is definately rated for an older teen audience, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was just a bad movie.
