Just sent you another email with an alternative address, you're not the only one who's been having trouble with my AOL email. :-(

Hey Dave I've followed up with you a few times about "audio-izing" your Captain Disaster stories. Sorry to bug you this way, but I'm either getting stuck in your junk mail filter or you're ignoring me.

Are we going to go forward with it or not? Let me know, thanks.

Yeah I know I should have been expecting them, but my famously bad memory was at work at the time!!! :-O

Dear Eastern-European Accented Doc:

Yep, AOL's been a real pain recently. I'm seriously cosidering moving ISP but it'll be a real pain updating hundreds (well maybe not quite!) of accounts on various sites to show my new email addy.. Maybe I'll see if they improve!

Thanks for not ignoring me! :-D

Dave,

Wow... I must use this format again - 2 MH ratings?!?!? (Definintely wasn't especting those!!)

Looks like the format worked well for you. I'll be interested to see what formats you come up with if you do decide on another entry.

Dean.

ps - You should have expected the grading, I mentioned it in the write/off announcement. It's under the "prizes" section.

Yup, I don't really think much of him offscreen either, but as an actor he's first class!

I'm sure you'll enjoy this one when you do see it.

While I intensely dislike his off-screen persona, I agree he's a brilliant actor. Haven't seent his one yet, but I will!

Good grief that made me feel like I was back at school!!! Grading?!?!? Whatever next...

Well the format may not have been that original, but it was original for me!! I didn't feel at all comfortable writing it like that. I might just enter again, you never know... :-D

Captain,

Somehow, I knew I could convince you to enter this. Haven't actually seen this film myself, but it's on the 'to see' list. Not sure when I'll get around to it.

Now, for your official grade. I'm going to give you a solid 80% for this effort. It's not the most original of formats - in fact it's rather akin to one I used to use.

However, you happen to be the unlucky first participant, and wrote this without knowing exactly what the criteria were, so I'm being lenient on the whole "originality" thing.

The format you chose made your review easy to read and clearly got your point across, so you get marks for that.

I'm going to go back to the entry page and update to include my criteria so other participants aren't writing as blindly as you had to. However, you've done well with it, and 80% could be hard to beat.

Dean.
