Yup, the camera loved Mastroianni and Moreau (but fell out of love with Vitti raven-tressed, unlike in "L'avventura").

...with your assessment,having seen this twice. Yes, it was boring, but on the other hand it was yet another opportunity to see Mastroiani - and what's not to like about that? Ok, I'm shallow.
