Sequal: At first I was thinking - 'Why oh why are they making a sequel?' and then the answer came to me.
After the first movie made a lot of money, the production team decided one more. And possibly even another one with a pre-sequel of this movie called "the scorpion king" which will be all based on actor/ wwf wrestler 'the rock.' So I thought, 'ok, I’ll see it just one time.' which later turn to a dozen times. I don't really know - I lost count.

Overall this movie was pretty well done and it surprised me. They kept to some facts in the first movie, and they made Evelyn a much stronger character, and she can fight like the devil. Hence the girls vs. girls sword fight scenes, which was some pretty cool stuff. So it was worth seeing. And well let's just say I lost count on how many times I saw it.

The ending wasn't so good. I think they could have done better and the creature that the rock played was pathetic (let alone the small part that 'the rock' had). It had a different twist to the plot than I was expecting. I thought that they would just do the mummy guy all over again. But he was only a small fragment of the movie's plot. And other than that, it was a pretty good movie, and with great special effects. And a lot of mummies of course were in the movie.
