Thanks for the tip, Jan. I'm on vacation for 10 days ... hurray! I plan on doing yoga every day. With all the holiday running around, wrapping, and other back-stressing activities associated with the holidays, I need some extra back help. :)

Strengthening your abs really help the back. Add crunches to your work-out maybe.
