Shallow Hal
If you are easily offended or you are fat or overconcious of your weight, this movie is not for you. A lot of fat people found this movie to be insensitive, and cruel, because it features many fat people jokes.
Jack Black, who play Hal, has problems getting women. He tries to get the most gorgeous ones, but they don't seem to like him. One day, Hal gets stuck in an elevator for hours, with Anthony Robbins, and he hypnotizes him to see womens' inner beauty.
After that incident, he starts to see ugly people on the outside, with inner beauty, as beautiful. He meets Rosemary, and he thinks she's a total hottie. Everyone, including his friend Mauricio, this there is something wrong with him, because all the girls that he was checking out really weren't pretty at all (on the outside), but to Hal, were total beauties.

To sum it up....
Its a funny movie, but some people really didn't take it lightly at all, especially those who were obese, or a lot fatter than most people.
