Plot Details: This opinion reveals major details about the movie''s plot.

Two country girls move to Dublin (and, eventually, to London). The main story concerns the girl played by Rita Tushingham (the other is Lynn Redgrave), who is befriended and helped by an older man (Peter Finch) .. who gives sanctuary .. and who then gets into trouble from her relatives for obvious reasons.
This is available in Region II DVD, so if you have made the modest $99 investment for a Global DVD player, you can get it from amazon.co.uk for a total of $10 or so including postage.
Under "A taste of honey" the (sole) reviewer has written a very informative piece on Rita, and British Cinema at this point.
