Thanks :) When I was here last time (in 2000), I really had no idea how to write a review. I now try to write what I would want to read since I use the reviews here to make decisions about buying things.

....be irritating and yet his videos do make you want to move. I love the Sweatin to the Oldies tapes, so should check this one out too.
Thanks for the great review. I enjoyed reading it very much. Lots of information and experience. Darn, where is that Most Helpful button when I need it? ........Make it a great day.....kath

lol about your poor husband. I am sure Richard enjoyed that. ;)
At least he has spunk which far too few people have these days.

This Was A Fun Read! (Reply to this comment)

I once attended a real workout with Richard Simmons in Laguna Nigel California. He was entertainment for 100 of us (a business thing of my husband's) He was an absolute riot, and we had a great time. Richard is a wild man, and actually straddled my husband's back (like a horse) and made him do pushups while he was on his back! I thought my big guy would die of embarrassment!
Great review, Patty!

Yeah, he is definitely ...different. I can only do his stuff now and then because he scares me. If I could turn off his voice, I would do the workouts more often.
But you DO get a workout and the music is good so it's still a good choice now and then.

but that doesn't mean that Richard Simmons doesn't completely scare the pores out of my skin... and that's hard to do...
