When I saw this infomercial I thought for sure this was another scam. How in the world could I lose weight walking in front of my television for less than an hour a day? The system comes with three tapes. The 1 mile tape which last about 15 minutes with warm up and cool down. This tape is a good starter workout or for those that are just starting out. I actually broke a sweat WALKING that one mile the first day. The 2 mile tape is a little longer, 30 minutes with a warm up and cool down. This tape is excellent for daily use (although Leslie suggests you alternate them all). This tape is very well put together and you can FEEL it working just by doing simple kicks, leg bends and walking in place. The 3 mile tape is more work than the other two. This tape lasts about 45 minutes with a warm up and cool down. All tapes include a stretching exercise after the walk. The system also comes with a low fat diet, which is basically good eating like fresh fruits and veggies and some different healthy snacks and meals. I did not follow that part of the diet. Lastly two blue weighted balls are included. These balls are 3lbs each and REALLY help pump up the work out. These balls are used in all the tapes in different combinations. I think Leslie has done something wonderful on these tapes. The work out is fun and EASY. The models she has working out with her are not all skinny women and men. There are heavier ladies and older ones too. No one seems to be struggling with the workout. After doing this workout for 6 1/2 months straight I've lost a total of 45lbs and 27 inches over my whole body. I didn't change my way of eating that much but I'm sure that helped a bit. The only part of the tapes that gets on my nerves a bit is Leslie always talking...but not about the exercise. The conversation turns to babies and other things. That's the only downfall, but since this system is so great it's worth it. I've never stuck to anything so long and had these results. If your looking for an easy workout that warrants results. You just found it!
