Plot Details: This opinion reveals major details about the movie's plot.

This movie is great, it is about a young boy who loves to play baseball. He eventually joins little league, but his parents decide he has to quit the team cause they have to move to Texas. When he gets there he goes forward in life and becomes an adult, still with the love of baseball. He started coaching a teenager team of boys. Their season starts horribly with 2 losses. One of the boys start practicing with the coach by himself, and finds out his great talent of throwing the ball very fast. The kids eventually find out about this and they decided if they went to districts then he would would have to try out for major league. They go to districts and win so the coach goes to try out as he promised, not thinking he would make it, he got in. I'm not gonna tell you anymore to ruin the end.

The main Character Jimmy Morris was played by Dennis Quaid.

Lorri Morris(his wife) was played by Rachel Griffiths.

Jimmy's Dad was played by Brian Cox.

And last but not least Hunter the cute little boy who played as the son of Jimmy Morris was played by Angus Jones.

I really liked this movie because it was easy to follow the story and it had great actors.
