..how much I liked this movie. Hugh Grant did a very nice job.
The Weitz brothers, by the way, are the sons of the late menswear designer John Weitz and actress Susan Kohner who played Sarah Jane in IMITATION OF LIFE. Their grandparents (Susan's parents) are Paul Kohner, high powered Hollywood agent and Lupita Tovar Mexican actress who played the lead in the Spanish version of Universal's DRACULA.

Quite glad you liked this little ditty. i thought it was quite the good movie. this is what more 'romantic comedies' should aspire to be in this age, when tripe like 'maid in manhattan' passes itself off as representative of the genre.
killing me softly will never be the same :)

....about the sketch. I was just doodling when I was watching MONSOON WEDDING, so although it doesn't look like anyone in the film except the director, a little, it is mostly out of my little pea brain.
I sketch, photograph the ones I like, and just try to keep new ones on the profile, for fun. It keeps me from getting bored with myself, mostly=although not completely. Thank you for noticing it. I am flattered.

this, a lot more than I actually thought I would. I even found myself endeared to Hugh Grant. And once I got over the sight of that kids eyebrows, I found myself warming to him. A definite date movie, don't you think?
